Hmmmm. 98. after two days of pretty high temps A little early for cycle end drop. But we will see.
We went and saw the small mobile /in park/florida room. We were VeRY pleased with everything. The parkjust was what we were looking for. Country setting, right on the Little Manatee river. The mobile sits right across the street from a pond and gazebo, I mean steps. The only thing it is missing is a pool which surprises me/ We are right by the gate and there is a county park right across the street where we can let the dogs run, etc.
The mobile is in good shape. NIce big Florida room. And then the mobile itself. It;s got a BIG kitchen for its size with lots of counterspace. Large bathroom but tiny bedroom in back but with closet across back. There is a door coming off bedroom so we will probably section off back of FLorida room screen, with bed behind it use bedroom as as office and dressing area. But there’s planty of room for ” two “ of us . The actual living area we will use for dining area. And I am going to utilize it. We never eat at the table now.
Exciting.
They even agreed to lower down payments until we take possession on June 1.
We are going to submit our application today but don’t forsee any problems. Apparently no credit checks but they do a background check, I guess.
Sooooooooooo here we go! I am so excited. Watch me be pregnant OR get pregnant in this process. That would change the entire scenerio. BUt less costly then one round of fertility efforts and we will cross that bridge when we come upon it! We really can’t lose either way. We can always sell it or rent it out if that happens.

Ha ha! I agree with you, cross the bridge when you come to it!!! Lots of good luck in everything though! Sounds great. Here’s the hoping that temp jumps on back up!
